Will is a 20 year veteran of the fitness industry, starting his career at Les Mills in New Zealand at age 18 while studying law at university. Since then he’s held senior roles at Les Mills, Beachbody, and ClassPass where he has specialised in content creation, business growth and digital transformation, as well as personally presenting hundreds of workout videos and coaching on-camera talent. Since 2020 Will has focussed on SH1FT Fitness, the digital-first group fitness format he founded in 2016, and is a leading expert and industry consultant on the evolution of digital fitness.

Originally from the UK, Ewan has spent +20 years in audit and risk roles across the commercial and financial services sectors. Working for EY, Insurance Australia Group, and currently Roche Pharmaceuticals, Ewan has been involved in both building and challenging governance and assurance frameworks, while experiencing first hand the positive impact sustainable organisations can have on the local and global community. Now based in Australia, Ewan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Professional Member of the Institute of Internal Audit (PMIIA).
